The 8-liter hopper is designed for continuous production, which can support the production of more than 100 servingsNote 1 and 150 ice cream cones per hour. When the production is less, use a 0.5-liter small hopper or feederNote 2, make on-site production on demand, add as much as you want, and there is no waste of mix, even if you only make one serve a day, you can ensure the best quality, which solves the pain points of poor product quality, high power consumption and mix loss in the previous ice cream machine in low-output use scenarios.

DDK offers a unique styling design with high-gloss acrylic trim that blends well into modern d¨¦cor. The machine package is light and compact, easy to handle, and can be placed arbitrarily without restrictions, plug-and-play without water requirement, making soft serve ice cream easier and faster to achieve.
3.High-efficiency electronic expansion valve refrigeration system
DDK equips ACEICE¡¯s independently developed electronic expansion valve (EEV) refrigeration system to provide the machine with consistently efficient refrigeration capacity.
Compared with traditional capillary and thermostatic expansion valves, EEV can actively adjust the refrigerant evaporation pressure, accurately control the refrigeration temperature according to the system status, maximize the cooling efficiency, and work normally in hot environments, while eliminating the risk of compressor overload or overheating, and prolonging the service life.

DDK equips the fourth-generation patented air pump technology, which can produce a good overrun immediately after the first feeding without human intervention, and can be used perfectly for mix with either high or low viscosity.
5.The upper exhaust does not affect the surrounding equipment, and the extractable dust filter is convenient for cleaning DDK continues ACEICE¡¯s unique upper exhaust design, cool air is drawn in through the bottom and discharged from the exhaust vent at the top, which ensures good heat dissipation of the internal parts of the machine, and does not heat up when working, nor does it affect other surrounding equipment. Even if DDK is placed next to other objects or walls, it will not affect the machine, thus saving desk space and making the placement more flexible. The bottom of the DDK is equipped with an easy-to-clean extractable dust filter, which eliminates the need to disassemble the machine for dust removal, and has no worries about heat dissipation for long-term use.

DDK has comprehensive protection, combined with fool-proof design, can be used normally with simple training.
DDK is designed according to the standard of commercial equipment, and the three major parts of the stirring shaft, cooling cylinder and overrun pump are completely independently developed and manufactured, and have won the national invention patent, with leading performance and excellent quality. In addition, the use of Embraco compressors, all stainless steel structural parts, maintenance-free gear reducers, inverter-driven stirring motors, industrial-grade sensors and other high-durability components to ensure the long-term reliability of the machine.
7.Built-in IoT capabilities
DDK equips Internet of Things function as standard, the operation status can be uploaded and saved in real time, and the engineer can remotely debug and diagnose the machine, and provide suggestions or optimize the settings, so that users can solve the problem as quickly as possible, eliminating the cumbersome of repeated communication.
8.Optional pasteurization functionNote 3, with a cleaning interval of up to 14 days
Pasteurization function is optional for DDK to heat and sterilize the mix in the cooling cylinder to ensure food safety.
There is no need to release mix and disassemble and clean the machine during the 14-day cleaning cycle, which can save a lot of labor and minimize the waste of mix.
During sterilization, the mix is heated to 70 degrees Celsius and kept for 30 minutes, and then quickly cooled to below 4 degrees Celsius for cold storage. DDK takes only 1.5 hours to complete the sterilization process and consumes only 0.5 kWh of electricity.
