TS-2080 is the first multi-falvor soft freezer using electronic expansion valves£¬ACEICE have developed the control strategy based on the characteristics of the ice cream machines, maximizing cooling capacity of the compressor as well as expanding the material adaptability comprehensively.
Compared with the conventional thermal expansion valve, electronic expansion valve can actively adjust the evaporation pressure, control the evaporation temperature in the cylinder accurately according to the requirement, maximize the refrigeration efficiency, and also reduce the risk of overloading or overheating, extending service life of the compressor.
TS-2080 equipped with 2 speed control fans,which can adjust heat dissipation according to the load in the refrigeration system,not only ensuring good cooling capacity in strict conditions but also achieving low noise level in light use conditions.
2.Using the 3rd generation patented air pump technology to provide consistent high quality
TS-2080 use the 3rd generation air pump technology which provides more stable product quality than previous versions. Now the machine can achieve good overrun immediately when it just start running, and the quality reduction during long-term standby is effectively suppressed.
The structure of the feeding tube has been fully optimized. Compared with the previous design, the number of parts is reduced, making the feeding tube easier to use and to clean.
3.Efficient pre-cooling system can quickly cool the materials to below 4¡ãC and keep the material fresh for a long time
TS-2080 equips with two 8 liters hoppers with quick pre-cooling system, which can cool the mix to below 4¡ãC in about 30 minutes,not only keeping the mix fresh but also providing better continuous production capacity.
The stirring blade can thoroughly mix the material in the hopper, avoiding the layered precipitation of the material.
The fresh-keeping standby function eliminates the operation of daily cleaning and reduce the waste of material.
4.Heat goes upside for free to place
TS-2080 continues the heat dissipation design of the other ACEICE freezers.Cool air is drawn through the bottom and discharged from the exhaust vent on the top. This design ensures good heat dissipation of the internal parts and no surface on the fuselage will be heated when the machine is working so it will not affect other equipment or human surrounding.
You have no worry to put the freezer close to other equipment or a wall, so you can save desktop space and place it freely.
5.With pasteurization, cleaning interval can be up to 14 days
Pasteurization is standard for TS-2080 to sterilize the material both in the hopper and cylinder during non-business hours.
In the 14-day cleaning cycle, squeezing out the material to dismantle or clean the machine is not needed,the only thing you need to do is manually sterilize the outlet of the dispenser,which saves a lot of time but also minimizing material waste.
During pasteurization,material is heated to 70¡ãC and kept for 30 minutes,and then cooled to 4¡ãC quickly. With 10 liters of material remaining(5 liters in each hopper),TS-2080 is capable to accomplish the sterilization process within 3 hours, consuming only 2 kWh of electric power.
Compared with conventional freezers, TS-2080 is faster and better in sterilization process, but also consume less power and more stable.
6.Built-in IoT (Internet of Things) network module, supports remote diagnosis and data record
Built-in IoT network module is standard for TS-2080, which can record various parameters of the machine, allowing you to check the status of the machine in real time or previous data anytime anywhere on web browser.Also you can receive warnings on your mobile device when machine come up with a fault.
Professional engineers are able to remotely analyze the fault of the machine and give suggestions or change the settings, so that problems can be solved as quickly as possible, avoiding the tediousness of repeated communication.
7.New touch screen user interface, simple to use & thorough protection
A straightforward graphical user interface is designed to reflect the machine's working status and various parameters in detail. The machine will automatically stop or take action when an error is detected. The built-in fault diagnosis manual can guide the user to eliminate the fault when an error occurs.
8.Using high-quality components to achieve extraordinary durability
The Embraco compressor from Europe achieves high cooling capacity in a compact fuselage with noise <60dB.
The body structure and cover parts are all made of stainless steel, which can last long even in harsh environment.
The balanced stirring shaft runs smoothly and produces delicate products. Foolproof design prevents installation errors, its reliability and great performance has been verified for many years.
The stirring shaft is driven by a custom-made three-phase dash motor powered by an inverter through a maintenance-free worm gear reducer, which has no start-up vibration and excellent anti-overload capability.
